"I'm so thankful that I received a phone call from MyCableMart when I placed my order last week because I was charged but the order on my browser seemed to hang. It turns out that they did not receive the actual item list so I got an immediate credit card refund. It was explained that this kind of computer glitch is rare but has occurred before.
